I didn’t grow up in a home where nutrition was prioritized. Like many, my journey started by searching
“how to get abs” and following trends I believed were healthy. Instead, I experienced hair loss, chronic fatigue, amenorrhea, bone fractures, and muscle loss— all while thinking I was doing everything right.
That’s when I realized I needed real education.
As I pursued my degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and became a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer, I healed those issues, but I still struggled. I was eating “healthy,” yet lacked intentionality. I trained hard but couldn’t reach my goals. I dealt with bloating, food noise, and inconsistency.
Everything changed when I learned how to make educated, intentional nutrition decisions. I deeply believe optimal nutrition has the power to transform lives.
Today, with a background in professional sports nutrition, I help clients eliminate guesswork and build structure, clarity, and confidence in how they fuel. My mission is not just results, but helping you understand why they happen, so you can optimize your health, performance, and body composition long term.
